1. Introduction

At Dekowish, we are committed to providing exceptional interior design and execution services tailored to each client’s needs.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may be requested.

By engaging our services or making a payment through our website or any authorized channel, you agree to the terms of this policy.


2. Project Confirmation and Advance Payment

  • All design or turnkey projects commence only after the receipt of an advance payment and a mutual agreement (via quotation, proposal, or contract).
  • This advance payment confirms the client’s commitment and covers the initial consultation, concept design, and resource allocation.
  • Therefore, advance payments are strictly non-refundable once the project has been initiated or design work has begun.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a client wishes to cancel a project after payment, the following terms apply:

  • Before project initiation:
    If cancellation occurs before any design or site work has started, Dekowish may refund up to 50% of the advance amount, after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
  • After design initiation:
    Once design concepts, layout drawings, or material selections have begun, no refund will be issued, as significant time and resources are already invested.
  • After project execution begins:
    If site work or material procurement has started, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation by Dekowish

In rare cases where Dekowish is unable to initiate or continue a project due to unforeseen circumstances (such as regulatory restrictions, force majeure, or resource unavailability), the company reserves the right to cancel the project.

  • In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of work and expenses already incurred.
  • Dekowish will communicate the cancellation to the client promptly and ensure transparency during the process.

5. Design Consultation or Online Services

For design consultations, visualization services, or any online service booked through dekowish.in:

  • Once a booking or consultation session is confirmed, no refunds will be issued if the client cancels or misses the appointment.
  • Rescheduling may be permitted only if the client notifies us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved as per the conditions above:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • The client will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
  • Dekowish will not be responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway systems.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Consultation or site visit charges
  • Customized design or 3D visualization fees
  • Purchased materials, furnishings, or décor items
  • Payments made to third-party vendors on behalf of the client
  • Project management and administrative costs

8. Force Majeure

Dekowish shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or non-performance resulting from causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

In such situations, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis after evaluating actual expenses incurred.


9. Modification of Policy

Dekowish reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically for updates.
